- 1you point it at a talk you have the rights to. it transcribes it on your machine
- 2claude reads a window of the transcript and picks a moment
- 3cut_clip snaps the cut to whole sentences and reports pauses
- 4check_clip matches every quote word for word, and tags every number
- 5you get the clip, a receipt page, and receipt.json
