the clip-window recheck could drop full stops & cut a 55 s answer down to 18 s. cuts now snap on the full transcript
numbers like 3,500 were split in two by the transcript & failed the claim check
the subagent could not read a clip by its id
claims could be tagged with any word. now only the three tags pass

a hosted version on the claude api, so a team can send talks in & get receipts back
