clip receipts is an mcp server built on claude that cuts long talks into clips & checks every quote against the source

it also runs as a claude code plugin: claude picks the moment & cuts on whole sentences, then a separate checker agent reads the clip again before the receipt is made

it started in 2026 after too many clips went around cut mid sentence, with the question before them gone & a quote changed by a word. a receipt puts the source second, the speaker check and the words around the clip next to the clip, so anyone can check it in a minute
